A Woodbury arrest led to DUI and drug charges before Christmas. According to Woodbury Police Reports, Christopher Shane Herrod was arrested for DUI after being pulled over. Herrod was also have found to have Opana on him so he was charged with Possession of Schedule II drugs and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia in the form of a syringe, a shoe string tied to a empty soda can with residue and a torch. Two other passengers Shannon Cannon McHenry along with Marcus Dale Smith were charged with Schedule II Drugs and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. All three are expected to appear in Cannon County General Session Court January 17th to answer to the charges.
