A Cannon County man has been found shot to death inside his home Saturday and family members would like to be kept in the loop as to what authorities are doing to help. 55 year old Joseph Kenneth Gooch was found dead by his own mother inside his home on C.L. Berrett Road according to newschannel5.com
Upon hearing about the possible fatal shooting, WBRY-News Tuesday attempted to gain information through the Sheriff’s Department. Sheriff’s officials replied that no information could be given as the murder was still under investigation. Family members have been told to stay away from the crime scene because detectives are planning on coming back to get fingerprints and collect more evidence but according to family members no one has been back yet. An autopsy is currently in progress
