The Cannon County Lions and Lionettes take the floor at Robert A Harris Gymnasium tonight for a pair of contests against neighboring Coffee County Red Raiders and Lady Red Raiders from Manchester. The Lionettes are 4-0 after blowing by four opponents in two days last week. Abbey Sissom who signed with MTSU over a week ago will bring her 20 point game average on the home floor against the Coffee County Lady Red Raiders. The Manchester team is 1-2 having lost their last game played against the Grundy County Lady Jackets 58-55 a team that Cannon beat rather easily in their first game of the year. The Boys game should be a challenge for the Lions as Coffee County is 1-2 but they were able to make it look easy against Grundy County in their last game 74-36. High school basketball coverage will start at 5:45 tonight with the Coaches Corner followed by the tipoff at 6:00.
