Veterans Day activities aren’t necessarily over with by any means as the Cannon County Libraries who were closed Tuesday will be open normal hours today. The Libraries will be holding a Fine Forgiveness Day today for military Veterans. Come in with proof of military service past or present and your fines will be erased. The library is also holding their first Computer Essentials class which is a hands on introductory course, which requires no experience. The workshop consists of three one hour sessions at the Adams Memorial Library that will cover computer basics. There will be an evening session, as well as a morning session. The workshops will be held on Tuesdays November 18th, December 2nd and 9th at 5:30 p.m. and Thursdays November 20th, December 4th and 11th at 9:30 in the morning.
