Hazel Nadine Fann Blair, 79, of Woodbury passed away Tuesday. Survived by her daughter, Anna Blair Nichols; one brother, Joe Fann; two grandsons, seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Retired from being a barber for 35 years.
Any memorial donations can be made to The Cannon County Walking Horse Association.
Visitation will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Friday, August 17, 2018 from 4-9 pm and on Saturday, August 18, from 9 am-2 pm. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 2 pm in the Smith Funeral Home chapel. Bobby Nichols will officiate. Interment will follow in Riverside Garden.
