Harry Lindrell Barrett, 68, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2020 at St. Thomas – Rutherford. He was a native of Cannon Co. and lived in Readyville.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Jeanie Medlen Barrett of Readyville; children, Cory (Stacey) Barrett of Watertown, Caleb (Amber) Barrett of Murfreesboro and Casey Barrett of Woodbury; grandchildren, Brady, Carleigh, Presley, Bo & Nash Barrett; brother, Jerry (Faye) Barrett of Woodbury. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Lindrell was preceded in death by his parents, Harmon Moody Barrett and Ruby Estelle Fann Barrett, brothers, Dudley and Maurice Barrett.
He was a member of New Hope Church of Christ and was a retired Produce Manager. She loved to play, sing, listen to music and was a member of the Readyville Four. He was a “couch coach” that loved watching sports. He enjoyed farming but most of all, he loved spending time and making memories with his grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 2 pm Sunday, March 01, 2020 at New Hope Church of Christ with Bro. Ralph Richardson, Bro. Boyd Barker and Mitch Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 2 pm until 8 pm., Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Woodbury Funeral Home and Sunday from 12 noon until time of service at New Hope Church of Christ.
