Couple Pleads Guilty To Perjury

Judge Susan Melton presided over General Sessions on Tuesday.  Some of the results of the various cases that appeared on the docket included:William Andrew Adams Jr. pled to driving without a license.  He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.
Randy Lee Carrier’s charge of domestic assault was retired for 11 months 29 days.
Steven Lynn Davis’ charge of domestic assault was retired for 11 months 29 days.
James Felton pled guilty to perjury.  He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 1 day, equal time on probation and paying the costs.
Jacqueline Felton pled guilty to perjury.  She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 1 day, equal time on probation and paying the costs.
Leon Edward Fowler’s charge of disorderly conduct was retired for 6 months.
Brian Wayne Freeman agreed to the violation of probation.  He was ordered to serve 30 days and his probation was extended 11 months 20 days.
Justin Brad Hutchins pled to DUI. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 48 hours, equal time on probation, losing his license for 1 year, paying a $350.00 fine and the costs.  In another case Hutchins’ charge of possession of a schedule II drug was retired for 11 months 29 days.
Dena Ione Leach pled guilty under judicial diversion to reckless endangerment.  Leach was placed on probation for 11 months 29 days and ordered to pay the costs.
Ricky Dale Manier pled guilty to assault.  He was sentenced to 6 months in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 61 days, equal time on probation and paying the costs.
Isreal Murin pled guilty to DUI 3rd offense.  He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 150 days, equal time on probation, losing his license for 6 years, paying a $1100.00 fine and the costs.
Cory McNeese pled guilty to assault.  He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  In another case McNeese pled guilty to resisting arrest.  He was sentenced to 6 months in jail.  In another case McNeese agreed to a violation of probation.  He was ordered to serve 6 months.
Lauren Marie Nicolay pled guilty to driving without a license.  She was sentenced to 30 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.
Jose Ramon Duran Ontiveros pled guilty to driving without a license.  He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.
Catherine Marie Sherrell pled guilty to attempted failure to appear.  She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs.  In another case Sherrell agreed to the violation of probation.  She was ordered to serve her original sentence.
Timothy Lynn Stanley II’s charge of domestic assault was retired for 6 months.
Whitney E. Tate pled guilty to reckless endangerment.  She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 7 days, equal time on probation, paying a $525.00 fine and the costs.  In another case Tate pled guilty to violation of the implied consent law.  She was ordered to lose her license for one year and she was ordered to pay the costs.  In another case Tate pled guilty to possession of a schedule II drug.  She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $750.00 fine and the costs.  In another case Tate pled guilty to possession of marijuana.  She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $250.00 fine and the costs.
Marco Tezoquipa pled guilty to driving without a license.  He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $10.00 fine and the costs.
Humberto Mireles Velaquez pled guilty to driving without a license.  He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.  That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a$2.00 fine and the costs.
Billy Clay White pled guilty to DUI.  He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.  That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 48 hours, equal time on probation, losing his license for 1 year, paying a $350.00 fine and the costs.
Carl Alan Young pled guilty to theft under $500.00.  He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days.
Tyler Finley’s charge of attempted murder was bound over to the January term of the Grand Jury.
Ciara J. Scott’s charge of attempted murder was bound over to the January term of the Grand Jury.
Pablo Solorzarno’s charge of statutory rape was bound over to the January term of the Grand Jury.
