A Woodbury Man who hurled racial slurs at his neighbors and their guests last week has been arrested and charged with Civil Rights Intimidation. According to police reports, last Sunday Robert Lee Odom of Old Manchester Road threatened several of his neighbors and their guests with physical harm based solely on the fact that the victims were white. Apparently, there is a long history of problems with Odom and his neighbors. Odom allegedly while making the threats pulled a knife on his neighbors and was also charged with aggravated assault. Then while Officer John Fesmire was placing him under arrest, Odom allegedly continued to make threats to kill Officer Fesmire’s family and shoot Fesmire for arresting him on an earlier date on another warrant. Odom was charged with retaliation for past action. Odom will answer all three charges in General Sessions Court On Tuesday November 27th
