A Cannon County Woman who was being served a warrant was further charged with possessing and concealing after she was caught with marijuana on her person recently. According to Cannon County Sheriff’s Department reports, Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan McGee served a warrant on Savannah Schultz for violation of probation. Schultz informed deputies that she needed to finish making her mom a sandwich. Deputies waited. Then Schultz told deputies that she needed to go put on a different shirt so they obliged but instructed to put a shirt over the one she had on. After that was done, Schulz obviously stalling stated that she need to go to the bathroom for matters that dealt with feminine hygiene. Deputies then stopped playing the waiting game. After talking with her, Deputy McGee noticed that she put down the extra shirt as if she didn’t need it anymore. Deputy McGee picked it up and found a glass pipe with burned residue inside it. Deputies also found a one hitter pipe filled with marijuana in her pocket of her pants. Her excuse for it was that her doctor told her she could smoke even when she was pregnant to put on weight. The next day while reviewing the video of Ms. Schultz in the back of the patrol car, she was seen in the video pulling a bag from her pants and removing the contents and putting the bag back down her pants. Because a female officer was not present, Deputy McGee could only pat Ms. Schultz down and could not conduct a search in the areas where she was concealing items in his patrol car. Schultz is scheduled to answer to the charge on June 30th in Cannon County General Sessions Court.
