Two Cannon County residents who had active theft warrants issued out on them were arrested Monday after Sheriff’s Deputies found them pulling out of a parking lot of the Quick Shop Market. According to Cannon County Sheriff’s reports Beth Ann Chianese and Andrew Asbury was observed leaving the convenience store in a black Ford Focus. After making a traffic stop, deputies made contact with Andrew Asbury. Andrew was placed under arrest. Then the deputies asked Beth to call someone to come get her child which was in the rear seat of the vehicle. Upon arrival of a ride for her daughter Chianese was placed under arrest for the active warrants and driving on a suspended license. The Ford Focus was released to a licensed driver. Chianese will answer to the new charge of driving on a suspended license in Cannon County General Sessions Court March 10th.
