Cannon County General Session Court Results

Judges Susan Melton and Tommy Bray presided over Cannon County General Sessions Court on Tuesday. Some of the results from the various cases that appeared on the docket included: Lori Salser Farmer was issued a Show Cause for failing to appear.
Sheenia Lee Grant pled guilty to driving without a license. She was sentence to 30 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.
Bobby Ray Graves agreed to the violation of probation. He was ordered to serve 14 days in jail and his probation was extended 11 months 15 days.
Melody Beth Haley’s charge of domestic assault was retired for 11 months 29 days.
James Cody Harris’ violation of probation was dismissed.
Wesley Jacob Hayes’ charge of joy riding was retired for 11 months 29 days.
Amanda Marie Hilton pled guilty to driving without a license. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, that sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.
Elisha James Jenkins charges of speeding, seatbelt law, misuse of registration, insurance law, reckless driving, and felony evading arrest were bound over to the January term of the Grand Jury.
James L. Karschner’s charge of domestic assault was retired for 11 months 29 days.
Debbie Kronnick was issued a Show Cause for failing to appear.
Pamela Diane Lafever agreed to the violation of probation. She was sentenced to 7 days in jail and placed back on probation.
Teresa Darlene Lester pled guilty to driving without a license. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, that sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.
James Bradley Lynch agreed to the violation of probation. He was ordered to serve 29 months and 28 days.
Adam Wanyne McClure pled guilty to theft under $500.00. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 45 days, equal time on probation, and paying the costs.
Tonya McClure pled guilty to driving without a license. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and the costs.
Cory Scott McNeese pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $50.00 fine and the costs.
Aaron Vincent Moon was issued a Show Cause for failing to appear.
Jim Alan Morris was issued a Capias for failing to appear.
Sherry Annette Nicholas’ charge of domestic assault was retired for 6 months.
Betty Jean Olson pled guilty to DUI 1st. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail, that sentence was suspended upon serving 48 hours in jail, equal time on probation, 24 hours of litter removal, paying a $350.00 fine and the costs.
Cody Ray Parsley pled guilty to driving on a suspended license. He was sentence to 6 months in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $50.00 fine and the costs.
Jack Robert Peters’ charge of aggravated burglary was retired for 11 months 29 days.
Bryan Christopher Tate was issued a Show Cause for failing to appear.
Terry Brian Tramel’s charge of criminal trespass was retired for 11 months 29 days.
Joshua Lee Underwood pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail, that sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $50.00 fine and the costs.
Jose Emigdio Velasco was issued a Show Cause for failing to appear.
Patsy Ann Whitaker agreed to the violation of probation. Her probation was extended 10 months 19 days.
Robyn Alesha Wilmoth agreed to the violation of probation. She was ordered to serve 47 days and will be transferred to state probation for 27 months 9 days upon release. In another case Wilmoth pled guilty to driving while license revoked. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon time served and equal time on state probation. In another case Wilmoth pled guilty to theft over $500.00. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon time served and equal time on state probation.
Kathryn Elizabeth York’s charge of underage consumption was retired for 11 months 29 days.
